O-VIDEO NETHERLANDS B.V. LTD (“the Company”) makes every effort to ensure accurate and timely shipping of all orders. However, the Company does not guarantee delivery times and shall not be held liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

1. General Information

  • All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

  • We ship worldwide, unless restrictions apply due to customs regulations or carrier limitations.

  • Orders are processed during business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

2. Processing Time

  • Standard processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take longer.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands 1–2 business days

  • EU Countries, 3–5 business days

  • UK, 3–6 business days

  • Rest of World, 7–14 business days
     

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local holidays, or unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (details shown at checkout).

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer. O-VIDEO NETHERLANDS B.V. LTD is not liable for delays caused by customs.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.

  • For lost packages, we will liaise with the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund will be offered where applicable.

8. Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, changes are not possible.
