Warranties

Refund Policy
This policy applies to all wholesale transactions of electronic and telecommunications equipment and associated components supplied by O-VIDEO NETHERLANDS B.V. LTD to customers worldwide.
Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

Items must be returned in the same condition as supplied, including all accessories, manuals, and components.
Non‑Returnable Items

Customized, special‑order, or clearance items.

Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or use.

Consumables (e.g., batteries, cables) unless faulty upon delivery.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If goods are defective or incorrectly supplied, notify us within 7 business days of receipt.

We will arrange replacement, repair, or credit, subject to inspection and verification.

Shipping costs for faulty/incorrect goods will be covered by O-VIDEO NETHERLANDS B.V. LTD
Refunds & Credits

Approved returns will be refunded or credited within 10–15 business days of receipt and inspection.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Restocking fees of up to 15% may apply for non‑faulty returns.
International Customers

Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Customs duties, taxes, and import/export fees are non‑refundable.

Return Process
